It is hard to believe but 2008 is almost half over. The June monthly drawing will be held here at NOON, Saturday the 28^th. We are having another all day BONUS CARD AND MORE WORKSHOP with two classes to cap off the month. If you have ever admired the samples in the shop then you will want to come to the CARD AND MORE WORKSHOPS, because that is where they all begin. Learn to use the products that we sell including the CUTTLEBUG and NESTABILITIES while you make some beautiful cards and only pay for the paper, ribbons, and embellishments (i.e. consumables) that you use on the cards. Try… before you buy and make new stamping friends and have fun doing it! Just be sure to bring your Basic Tool Kit. The workshop is FREE as long as you spend a minimum of $10.00, plus you get 10% OFF of everything you buy on the day of the class.

The JUNE stamp of the month BEACH THEME from Great Impressions is among the best months’ selection they have ever offered or at least WE ordered more than we have ever ordered before. There are still some in stock if you missed out. We just received the new STAMP OF THE MONTH program for JULY and let’s just say, “This shop has gone to the dogs! and cats, too”. It is loaded with cute dogs and cats and if you are an animal lover you will love these designs! If you are not into furry pets don’t worry they have some cute all purpose verses to go along with them, so hurry in for the best selection. Linda is busy as I type making some cute cards to add to the mix for the all day Saturday Card workshop.

HOT, HOT, HOT, these new corner border punches from FISKARS are flying off the shelves as fast as we get them in. Not just because of the cute names they have but because they are beautiful accents to your cards and EASY to use and line up thanks to a graduated ridge on the punches.

We have several new ribbons and lots of MESH in assorted colors along with a great product from K and Company called RIBBON ADHESIVE. It is a product made by Wacky Tac and makes any ribbon an adhesive ribbon. Easy to use and convenient.

NEW 3-D Die Cuts
Floral patterns along with some new Metallic 3-D patterns too. Simply punch out and mount with foam tape to make beautiful cards and bookmarks. We will have lots more 3-D designs in the near future.

CLEAR CARD PRESENTATION BOXES
If you are making cards for gifts you may want to get some of these. Each box will hold 6-10 cards and envelopes depending on how thick your cards are. Add some beautiful ribbon and you have a beautiful hand made gift for someone. They come in a pack of five.

WE are all waiting to see when the new PROVO CUTTLEBUG designs will arrive. All we know is they are supposed to start shipping in July. If I go to the retailers side of the site all that I see is the picture of the design with COMING SOON printed under each one of the pictures. So bear with us. WE HAVE SCHEDULED AN ART IMPRESSIONS REUNION AND PLAYDAY!

Since Diana’s fans are having withdrawal while she is busy taking care of her sweet husband, Ivan for a little while… we have scheduled Thursday, July 17^th as a day when ART IMPRESSIONS Watercolor Fans can BRING THEIR OWN STAMPS, SUPPLIES and TOOLS and play together, from 10:00 am until … NO CHARGE for this … just wanted to be able to provide a place for all of you to reunite and create together. Call to reserve a seat and ask to speak to Mary to answer any questions you might have. If we get a good response we may do it again.

The TAG ART class on the second Saturday of every month has been renamed OUR CREATIVE JOURNEY. If you are a fan of our teacher Linda Standart and Tim Holtz and Ranger products you will definitely want to check out this class!!

I know I am probably forgetting some things but I wanted to get this sent out today. Hope everyone has a safe HOLIDAY during the 4^th of JULY… Just wanted to remind you we will be CLOSED on Friday the 4^th but open as usual the rest of the week, including another all day CARDS AND MORE WORKSHOP on Saturday July 5th.

Thanks for all of your enthusiastic support. We hear from our out of town customers that stores like this are closing all over the country. We cannot do this without your support and I don’t know if it was the economic stimulus checks, our classes, our wonderful design team, our selection of merchandise, our prayers or our customer service, but THANK YOU one and all for making the first five months of this year the best ones that we have had since 9-11.
