2007 update from Stamps and More by Eleanor It’s
hard to believe that a year ago we were saving boxes and getting ready to
move from our old location to our present location.
WHEW…. I get tired just thinking about it.
Jan 14, 2006, was the big MOVING day and we moved the entire store
with a lot of help from our friends. I want to say,
THANK YOU once again to everyone who helped us do that.
We are loving our new space and we appreciate
all of you who have helped to fill up our parking lot on several
occasions so much so that different business people in the neighborhood
have come in to see what is going on in this metal building out here in
the suburbs of POWDERSVILLE. We had lots of winners and excitement here last Saturday, December 30, to close out the last Saturday drawing of the old year.
Congratulations to all the winners!! Jodi, Evelyn, Lois, Sandy, Wilda, Cathy, Bonnie, Nancy, Sally, Faye, Renee and Linda.
We gave away $200.00 in gift certificates and a good time was had by all. Be sure to register for our January drawing... every time you come in this month! You have just as good a chance of winning as they did! Just a quick note to let you know that our class schedule is now up to date and we have some exciting new classes coming up this month and in the months ahead. Check them out! Diana White is coming up with some great classes and we can't brag on her enough. She is wonderful and so well prepared and if you can take any of her classes you will be very glad you did.

We want everyone to know that whenever the classroom is not in use we will open it for you to use as OPEN STUDIO TIME. RESERVE A TABLE ! FREE!
During December
we had several customers use the classroom and it worked
out great. Get together with your choice of friends or by
yourself and make new friends and reserve a table for stamping or
cropping and you will get to use our die cut machine as a bonus while you
are here. Since there will be no charge for the use of the classroom
or CROPPING FEE There will also be no CLASS DISCOUNTS during OPEN STUDIO
TIME, but you will be able to spread out and buy items as needed to make
it more convenient to create! You can also take advantage of the
talented staff here to help you as needed. Check the schedule and see if it is open and PLEASE give us a call to reserve a table ... so you won't be disappointed if the classroom is full when you get here.
ANNOUNCEMENT Susan is on vacation the first two weeks in January and we will begin the Wednesday CARD CLINICS again starting on January 17th in the morning and the afternoon. Be sure to call and reserve a seat.
Since we will no longer have scheduled CARD CLINICS on Friday mornings, that frees up Susan our StampDoctor. She will be working on Wednesdays during the CARD CLINICS and will also be "on call in the store" at the DEMO TABLE here during the day on Fridays starting January 19th. If you have any questions about techniques or tools drop in and ask for a demo from Susan.
